Dear Secretaries

 I have had several Chapter Secretaries ask me about the bylaw changes that were mandated by Grand Chapter. As this change (Article IV para 2 re: the International Temple fund changed to the International Eastern Star Headquarters Fund) is a housekeeping change and the chapters must accept this change, you will only read it at your first meeting and the chapter must vote to accept.
