Secretaries and Treasurers. Meetings are held on the 1 st Saturday of the
month at 11:30 at Tigard Orenomah Lodge. (Except 2 nd Saturday in September)

From the Grand Secretary
Bylaw changes from Grand Chapter. I am still missing 30 L.
- Special Dispensations. Please follow the blue book Section 225 para 2. The WGM has directed me to return any request for a SD if it is not in proper form. The request must indicate that there was a vote of the chapter for the SD, have WM & Sec signatures and a good seal of the chapter. Press hard! We now have a form to make the request with. I have some today.
- Annual reports are in your hands. Please make any changes on the roster you were sent in RED ink. This is very important to the completion of the corrections in the GC office. Reminder, Annual Reports must be completed and received in the office before Feb 1. If not received on time, according to the C&B, each delinquent chapter secretary will be fined $25.00.
- Legislation submission deadline is fast approaching. If your chapter has something to propose, don’t delay! I have the guidelines here today.
- The new Secretary Handbooks are in the hands of the Jurisprudence committee and Grand Line Officers. FYI – the Finance Committee has approved the expense of Grand Chapter providing 1 FREE copy of the SH to each Chapter!!!! Additional copies will still be $5.00 hard copy or CD.
- Thank you to all who helped out during Richard’s recent hospitalization. He is home and doing better. It’s 2 steps forward one step back, but t least there is some forward progress!
