"Love One Another" 136 Grand Chapter Session

The Loving Hearts cordially invite you to attend the 136th Grand Chapter Session, "Love One Another", from June 21-24, 2026 in Pendleton, Oregon as we gather as a family for fun and the important business of our Grand Chapter.  The information on this page and in the downloadable packet includes all details you will need to finalize your plans to attend this Grand Chapter session.  We look forward to greeting you personally as we gather to celebrate another year and to conduct the business of our judrisdiction. 


We are pleased to share continued updates regarding registration for Oregon’s Grand Chapter Session. Building on last year’s improvements, we have further streamlined our processes to reduce paperwork and enhance the option for electronic payments.

Whether you choose to register online or by mail, both options have been refined to ensure a smooth and user-friendly experience. Feedback from participants continues to confirm that the system is easy to navigate and self-explanatory.

  • March 7 - Registration Opens
  • May 15 - Banquet Registration Closes
  • May 30 - Pre-Registration closes at Midnight
    • All Pre-Registration by mail must be received by May 30
  • June 1- Grand Chapter Session - General Registration

Important Information Regarding Our Online Registration Platform and Tip/Donation

  • We will be using a platform called Zeffy.  Zeffy is completely free for nonprofits - no platform fees, no credit card fees, no fees period! They’ve never charged a single cent to nonprofits. 100% of all payments received through Zeffy go directly to the nonprofit. Zeffy relies entirely on optional tips from those using the forms. When making a payment on a Zeffy form, you can choose to contribute to Zeffy or not. On average, 2 out of 3 people leave a tip. This is enough to cover all of their costs and re-invest in the development of Zeffy. Zeffy has been working with nonprofits for 7 years and, thanks to this 100% free model, currently supports 50,000 organizations across North America. The person using the system is never forced to tip Zeffy. You choose whether you are able to leave an optional tip to support Zeffy. If you are not able to, the nonprofit still keeps 100% of the money raised.

  •  *Please note they have preset the tip amount at 15% but you can click on that button and choose a pre-determined percentage or change it to “other” and put in the amount you are able to or zero. 


Grand Chapter Session and Banquets - 

  • You will submit your registration for Grand Chapter Session and Banquets through the same link. 
  • You can register for more than one person at a time.  
  • When you are on the online form, each “ticket” equals 1 person. 
  • You choose how many “tickets” which equals how many registrations. 
  • It will then ask you to populate the information for those registrations. 
  • Please see below with information on the platform we are using and for some directions/clarifications.
  • Credit or debit card, or direct from your bank account are acceptable forms of payment. 
    • *Please note that paypal and venmo are not options to use via the online system. 

Registration by Snail Mail - 

The paper forms will be emailed to your secretary and can be found linked on this page.  

  • There is one form for registration and banquets.
    • One form to be filled out per person. 
  • You can return forms for more than one person and can write one check for all of those forms. 
    • Example: Wife ($250), Husband ($250), Daughter ($300) = 3 forms and 1 check with the total for all. Combined check submitted for $800
  • All forms will be sent back to the Registration Chair as a packet -

    • Banquets
    • You can send 1 check for all
  • RV Reservation must be mailed separately and a check sent with it.
  • Yearbook Reservation and Ads must be mailed separately and a check sent with it. 

We have selected Oxford Suites as our hotel of choice this year as they have provided us with an Eastern Star Rate.  Remember to ask for the Eastern Star Rate when you book your room.   Pendleton has several hotels to fit every budget including several Airbnb's.


RV Parking is available at the Pendleton Convention Center.

  • Yearbooks and Ad's are now available to order online or by mail-in
  • Deadlines:
    • Yearbook chapter and individual ad's must be purchased by May 15 and submitted to yearbook@oregonoes.org 
    • Yearbooks
      • Early Bird Pricing - $15 must be purchased by May 30
      • Yearbooks at Grand Chapter will be $20
      • Pickup at Grand Chapter or mailing is available at an additional $20
