Grand Chapter Session in Pendleton, Oregon
June 16th through June 20th, 2012.

Dear Sisters and Brothers of our Grand Chapter of Oregon and all our Distinguished Guests:

Brother Don Gay Worthy Grand Patron and I Carolyn Beecher Worthy Grand Matron are so excited to invite each of you to our 123rd Grand Chapter session “Visionears in 3-D”, The “Dream” if we can dream it together we can make our future happen, “Devotion” to our order will make us grow and prosper together, “Direction” come and help us set the direction for our beautiful order which is to increase our membership.
           
This will be a very busy time for us. Not only will we be celebrating the annual get-together of our Grand Chapter but we will be celebrating our 20th anniversary of meeting in Pendleton, Oregon. We hope to have many special members and visitors from in and out of state who were there that very special inaugural year.
           
We invite each of you to attend our Worship Service and ESTARL Awards on Sunday morning at 8:30 followed by our Memorial to honor those who went before us. We will have a special presentation for 50 year members after the Memorial. Please join us to honor these very special members. We will move on to the younger members of our Masonic family, our Youth Groups, on Sunday evening.

This year for the first time we will be having Ritual Competition, the registration forms should be available online or from your chapter secretary. Please feel free to fill these out and enter as many times as you would like, please help out our chairperson by getting your registration forms in early so that she can schedule everybody for the times that you would like.

This year we will be holding a Basket Silent auction to support our General Fund. We hope that each chapter will contribute to this fun activity. The theme as you might guess will be Disney, but any theme would be welcome and I'm sure we can have a lot of fun with both. At the Tuesday afternoon session we will be announcing the winners of the Basket Silent auction. Tuesday evening we will be celebrating the evening with a “Disney State Fair” which should be a fun time for all, so please plan on joining us. Our General Fund Raising committee has put a lot of time and effort into this so that we will all have an enjoyable evening.

We will be serving most of our meals at the Convention Center so please get your registration in early and reserve your meals as early as possible with the Banquet Chair.

As you can see everyone is working hard to make this an enjoyable event and we look forward to seeing everyone there.
