Dear Chapter Secretary,

We will be having TRAINING meetings on the following dates:
           
            September 12          10:00 AM – 2:00 PM            Bushee Chapter, Pendleton

            October 17               10:00 AM – 2:00 PM            Reames Chapter, Medford

            November 14           10:00 AM – 2:00 PM            Mt. Scott Chapter, Portland

I invite you to attend at least one session. We will be going over the Secretary’s Handbook, forms, “unwritten rules” and the ANNUAL REPORT. I will be handing out updated pages for the Handbooks. Please bring your most current Handbook and your blue book. (Did I mention that we will have door prizes!!)

These luncheons are scattered around the state to get as many secretaries trained as possible.  While I cannot make this mandatory, I strongly urge each of you to make the effort to attend.

The luncheons will be $7.00 per person. Please RSVP to Jerry Lou Gerber 541-963-7562 at least 1 week prior to the luncheon.
